A few DynaRoad troubleshooting topics and FAQs

Material not moving

Check intersections
- Material will not travel if there is not a path to follow
- If intersection is one-way material cannot flow back the other direction
Check material types
- Source type must match destination type
Check crushing plants
- Make sure source types and crushed types match with destination types.
- Check the quantity of each crushing plant.

Check production rates
- May need to change production rates to match or add a local stockpile to the cut.
Check timing
- Make sure cut and fill are done at the same time or add a stockpile.
Check if material is hauled to disposal area instead of fill
- Check timing production rates and suitabilities.
- Check if disposal area has Must fill enabled.
Check crushing plants
- Make sure source types and crushed types match with destination types.
- Check the quantity of each crushing plant.
Create more borrow pits or disposal areas

Make sure Schedule mode is active
Check task dependencies
- Dependencies causes changes in one to affect the timing of other tasks.
- Timing cannot be changed to break dependencies between other tasks.
Check crew and production rates
- Tasks cannot be completed without resources available
- Incorrect production rate coefficients can cause task to be done too slow or fast.
Check red flags
- A red flag on a task shows a timing constraint violation. Move your mouse over the flag to see the reason.

Stockpile is only active in Schedule and Control modes
