- The IMEI information is located at the following directory: Settings/ Network/Internet/ Cellular /Insert Sim/ Advanced Options/Properties
- System information such as Operating System and unit Serial Number is located at the following directory: All Settings > System > About
- The Serial Number is located in the battery compartment
- The Windows 10 Activation key code is located in the battery compartment on the Windows sticker
- The Task Manager can be quickly accessed by pressing the Windows key and pressing the Power button
- To change between Tablet and Desktop views, select the Tablet mode button in the Action Center
- In Desktop view, double tap a text window to activate the pop up keyboard

If the FC-5000 becomes unresponsive or the battery is not charging you will need to perform a reset.
- Close and save all other data before performing a reset to prevent data loss.
- Hold the "Power" button for twenty seconds, slide window to shut down. With the AC adapter connected press the "Power" button again to restart the FC-5000.
