Perform on-the-go averaging with user-determined target rates, create prescription maps, or even prescribe and apply in a single pass. With GNSS autosteering and CropSpec sensing you get 24/7 operation...or you can operate with the timeliness to get the nutrients your crop needs on right when it is neede, or just ahead of a rain event to optimize an N application.
THE INDUSTRY'S LARGEST SENSOR FOOTPRINT
CropSpec units mount on the cabin roof out of harm’s way, with less potential for damage. The higher roof top mounting, versus boom mounting, provides the largest sensor footprint in the industry. By scanning a larger percentage of area to be applied, more accuracy in application is attained.

Topcon offers compatibility with NORAC spray height control systems. The NORAC UC5 is the latest generation in height control and the first independent spray height control system to receive ISOBUS 11783 certification.

Starting with our best control console and market-leading autosteering solution, you choose the accuracy desired, up to 2cm repeatable. With variable rate control of up to 8 products and auto section control of up to 32 sections via ISO UT, you get the ultimate solution for either tow-behind or self-propelled sprayers. Employ imported variable-rate prescription maps, record maps for building prescriptions, or produce as-applied records of the actual application -- you have automated documentation of everything. If consistent spray boom height is desired, add the NORAC boom leveling system, which is fully compatible with Topcon equipment.

Topcon spreader solutions have tremendous power and accuracy, and can deliver very fine control for a wide variety of applications. A lot of its power is due to how easy it is to achieve this control. Variable rate application can be performed from imported prescription maps or you can generate real-time as-applied maps. Your VRC/ASC prescription maps along with high-accuracy/repeatable autosteering get the job done with the right product, at the right rate, in the right place, at the right time.

SPRAYING
Whether you have a tow-behind or self-propelled sprayer, the Topcon solutions provide outstanding control including from 4 up to 8 inputs. Use an existing map, import a new one, engage autosteering, and go. The X25 or X35 consoles provide a configurable view of application rates as well as log path of travel and more. Use the ASC-10 for auto section control of up to 10 sections, or gang up to 3 ASC-10 units for 30 sections. The X25 controls variable rate application of up to 4 products while the X35 offers control of up to 8 products.

HIGH ACCURACY AUTO SECTION CONTROL SAVES INPUTS BY ELIMINATING DOUBLE COVERAGE
Topcon ASC-10 auto section controllers provide 10-section on/off control, plus handle point rows or triangular-shaped fields.
ASC-10 automatically switches on and off as you cross previously applied areas, move outside field boundaries, or cross exclusion zones. Eliminates gaps and overlaps and reduces inputs while protecting your crop.
Liquid rate control keeps application rates constant even with varied vehicle speeds.
ASC-10 units can be stacked or chained to provide control of up to 30 rows or sections.
