Forgot Password?

Request Reset

  • Landing on the Single Sign On page
  • Click here [Forgot Password?]

Request Reset

  • Type in the e-mail address and click [SUBMIT]

Request Reset

  • An e-mail will be submitted to your e-mail account
  • You can close that page
  • Please check your e-mail

Confirm Request

  • Click on the link in the e-mail you received from noreply@salesforce.com
  • If you don’t, make sure it is not in spam folder or blocked by e-mail filters

Generate New Password

  • You will be directed to new password prompt
     
  • Enter new password
    (you can use as well the password which could have been used previously)
  • Confirm new password

Sign In With New Password

  • Confirmation is shown and you can use the new password to sign in

Tranfer Password To All Sites

  • Now you see all [Get To Work!] active
  • Enterprise Solutions will apply the new password to every site while clicking once on [Get To Work!] for each, so called Single Sign On
  • The small arrows left and right (5) will open more sites

Use New Password

  • Click, for example, on [Get to work!] at “MAGNET Enterprise” site (3), shown on previous page
  • MAGNET Enterprise will start automatically and log you in
