GX-55/GX-75 Grade Indicator LED Light Bars

  • The GX-55/GX-75 is equipped with three built-in LED light bars, providing a better visual indication for Grade/Slope and Steering.
  • Within the machine builder the user can define the sensitivity of each LED along with where the information is being calculated from.
  • The operator can define the Top/Left and Right LED indicators to provide different information depending on the specific application.
  • Top options:
    • None-LED not active
    • Steering x-track
      • This is the offset from the steering Point of Interest (POI) to the selected alignment
  • Cross-slope
    • This is the Blade/Bucket cross slope error
  • Main-Slope
    • This is the offset from bucket flat to the design-Wheel Loader/Excavator
  • Precision:
    • Cross-slope/Main-slope
      • 0.005, 0.010, 0.020, 0.030, 0.040
    • Steering x-track
      • 0.015, 0.020, 0.030, 0.050, 0.100
  • Left/Right options:
    • None-LED not active
    • Cut/fill left or right
      • Cut/Fill from the Left/Right corner of the blade to the design surface
  • Cut/fill
    • Cut/Fill from the elevation PIO to the design surface (It is set by control-Blade Control)
  • Main-Slope
    • This is the offset from bucket flat to the design-Wheel Loader/Excavator
  • Precision:
    • Cut/Fill, Cut/Fill left or right 3D
      • 0.015, 0.020, 0.030, 0.050, 0.100
    • Main-slope
      • 0.005, 0.010, 0.020, 0.030, 0.040
