How to take existing field codes from AutoCAD Civil 3D to a MAGNET Field format.

MAGNET Field: Exporting Field Codes from Civil 3D to MAGNET Field format

  • While in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • On the right side, in the Toolspace, select the Setting tab.
  • Go to Point
  • Then Point Styles
  • When selecting Point Styles the box below should show all the field codes.
  • In that box, select the first code (Shift-Pick) the last field code
  • Then Copy to clipboard.
  • Open Excel and paste the field codes in the worksheet.
